State Farm® Insurance Agent Jan Phillips

Berenice came to us in the summer of 2021 with interest in starting a new career path. She is licensed in Auto, Fire, Life and Health. Berenice was born and raised in San Fernando Valley in southern California before relocating to NW Arkansas. She obtained a bachelor's degree in Wildlife, Fish and Conservation biology from UC Davis. Fun fact: Berenice loves spending her free time exploring NWA with her three dogs--Ten, Duchess, and Louis. She also enjoys discovering new places to eat and is always looking for recommendations!

Amanda is an account representative and has been associated with State Farm for the past 23 years. She worked in this office from 2006-2010 before moving to Kentucky and working for an agent there. After moving back to NW Arkansas in 2021, she is now back "home" working as a team member in Jan's office. She is licensed in Life, Fire, Auto and Health. Amanda was born and raised in Arkansas where she attended the University of Arkansas. She is married with two daughters. She also loves her two Pyladoodles--Axl and Lexi along with her two kittens. Her hobbies are fishing, hunting, jeeping and trail riding. Fun fact: she has a fear of heights and she loves crafting.

Debbie has worked in insurance for the past 34 years and has been an account representative in Jan's office since the year 2000. She is licensed in Auto, Fire, Life and Health. She is a native of Arkansas, having grown up in Ft Smith. She is married with three children and eight grandchildren. She also has one dog, eight granddogs and two grandcats. Fun fact: Debbie likes to go to antique and flea markets.

Hannah joined our team as a Customer Service Support representative. She is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life and Health. Hannah was born and raised in the small town of Newark, Arkansas where she continues to live with her family. She began her insurance career in 2015 before becoming associated with State Farm in 2016. She is married with two sons. Fun fact: Hannah's family love the outdoors. They enjoy fishing, hunting, gardening and raising their animals. During football season, they enjoy watching their oldest son play football on Saturdays and as weather permits, they are out and about with their boys letting them enjoy the beautiful Arkansas weather and scenery.

Jan began her career with State Farm in 1992. After her agent retired in 1997, she then started working in Jan Phillips' office as an account representative. She is licensed in Auto, Fire, Life and Health. She is a native of NW Arkansas having been born and raised in Tontitown, Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public relations. She is married with two children and four grandchildren. Fun fact: Jan loves arts and crafts, going to the beach and, most of all, spending time and spoiling her grandchildren.

MJ joined our team in 2019 after being in insurance since 2011. She is licensed in Auto, Fire, Life and Health. MJ was born and raised in Los Angeles, California before moving to NW Arkansas, a place she now calls home. She has three beautiful daughters and a household cat. Fun fact: MJ loves cooking--and she cooks a lot! Food has always been a huge part of her family. In addition, she enjoys hiking, fishing, working out and spending time with friends.

Sheila works as our Claims and Customer Service Support person. She is licensed in Auto, Fire, Life and Health. Born and raised in Altus, Arkansas, Sheila has been with State Farm since 2011. She is married and has two daughters, two son-in-laws, three grandbabies and her dog, Harley, a 5 lb Yorkie who is actually the 'boss'! Fun fact: Sheila loves decorating and entertaining. She loves the mountains and a cabin--anywhere!
